Web Site/Blog Overhaul

Over the winter, I plan on re-doing my site and blog. I have a bad habbit of building a site about 3 times before it's how I want it. The first it usually never seen as I get into constructing it and usually trash it a few pages in, then the second is what goes up for the first time, then I really figure out what I want and redo it. So during the winter, I should be adding some new stuff and moving some things around and redesigning some areas. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.
